Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping

  • USA: Free shipping. Estimated delivery within 7 days from shipment.
  • Europe: Free shipping. Estimated delivery within 15 days from shipment.
  • International (outside USA/EU): Rates and timelines vary by destination.

Delivery estimates refer to transit time after dispatch and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or VAT once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Check with your local customs office for guidance on import regulations and fees.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We’ll do our best to accommodate P.O. box deliveries. Some carriers have restrictions—contact us if you need P.O. box shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Requests to modify the shipping address, items, or cancel an order can be made before dispatch. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Non-returnable: Final-sale items, customized/engraved pieces, and gift cards.
  • Process: Contact us for an RMA and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges

For size/style swaps, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order to secure availability. Reach out and we’ll guide you through it.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, let us know. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate and support a resolution or replacement where applicable.

Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options offered at checkout. Orders may be subject to verification to protect against fraud.

Jewelry Care & Limited Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Pearlmoon Gems offers a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage are not covered.

Tip: Store jewelry separately and avoid moisture/chemicals.
Care: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
