How do I place an order?
Add your favorite pieces to cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the on-screen steps. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can help before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number; once shipped, changes may be limited.
Do I need an account?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you view order history and speeds up future purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your processing times?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How long is delivery?
  • USA: Free shipping, typically within 7 days from shipment.
  • Europe: Free shipping, typically within 15 days from shipment.
  • International: Rates/timelines vary by destination.
Transit estimates start after dispatch and may vary during peak seasons or customs inspections.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We try to accommodate P.O. boxes, but some carriers have restrictions. Contact us for assistance.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Where is my tracking number?
You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to activate.
Tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Contact us with your order number. We’ll check with the carrier and provide next steps.
Marked “delivered” but not received?
Please check with household members and neighbors first. If still missing, notify us within 7 days so we can investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Final-sale and customized/engraved items are not returnable.
How do I start a return?
Contact us for an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Can I exchange an item?
To secure stock, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order. We’ll guide you through the process.

Sizing Guide

How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inner diameter of a comfortable ring and compare with a standard chart, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length.
Bracelet/necklace lengths?
Our product pages list chain and bracelet lengths. If you need guidance for layering or gifting, contact us for personalized help.

Jewelry Care & Warranty

How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately; avoid moisture, perfumes, and chemicals; wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (normal wear and accidental damage not covered).
