Tracking & Delivery Issues
❓Where is my tracking number?
You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to activate.
❓Tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Contact us with your order number. We’ll check with the carrier and provide next steps.
❓Marked “delivered” but not received?
Please check with household members and neighbors first. If still missing, notify us within 7 days so we can investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
❓What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Final-sale and customized/engraved items are not returnable.
❓How do I start a return?
Contact us for an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
❓Can I exchange an item?
